Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable or circumstances may change. That’s why we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple and fast as possible.

You may return or exchange an item if:

• No more than 30 days have passed since you received it.

• The item is in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

• For personal protective equipment (body armor, helmets, tactical glasses, medical kits), special rules apply — returns and exchanges are only possible in case of confirmed manufacturer defects for safety reasons.

How it works:

1. Contact us at support@wroom.com or via the contact form.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Receive clear instructions and the address for shipping.

4. After inspection, we will refund your payment or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you need and feel confident with your purchase.

We are confident in our products and want you to be as well. All equipment undergoes quality control and meets safety standards.

What is covered:

• Manufacturer defects or malfunctions not caused by you.

• Warranty period: 6-12 months (depending on the manufacturer).

What is not covered:

• Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

• Alterations or modifications of the product.

How to submit a warranty claim:

1. Take a photo of the issue and contact us at support@wroom.com.

2. Send the item to us for inspection.

3. If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
