Returns & Exchanges (Europe)

We want every piece you choose to feel right for you. If something isn't quite what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Complete the return/exchange form included with your order and place it inside the parcel.

2. Alternatively, notify us by email before sending the item back.

3. Clearly write your order number on the outside and inside of the parcel.

4. Send the item back using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and unworn

• All original tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging

• You are responsible for handling the goods with reasonable care until they are returned

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if an item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised items

• Products made to your specifications (e.g. adjusted size, length, or configuration)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@wroom-gear.com within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover all shipping costs

• For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment — whichever comes first.

The original standard delivery cost will be refunded where required under EU law. Additional delivery charges (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.
